Rocket or Arugula is an oak-shaped green with a peppery taste. it adds a powerful health boost to any menu choice. Extremely easy to grow at home(seeds will germinate in greenhouse/polytunnel or kitchen window in 4 days). A member of the Brassica family of vegetables called cruciferous-this group is known for its other nutritional heavy punchers, broccoli, kale and cabbage.
Arugula has many health benefits. It contains 8 times more calcium than iceberg lettuce. It also provides Vitamin K, an essential for absorbing calcium into bones and teeth.
Rocket makes a fantastic addition to any salad, sandwich or burger.
